Chapter 3 Attitudes

“Attitude is your state of mind. Your attitudes reflect a tendency to classify objects and events and to react to them with some consistency.”

I am going to stress the importance of attitude. I will not succeed if I do not think I can. I am going to succeed and therefore I will. I am going to be successful and I am going to make a million dollars within 10 years.

I base a lot of my current life standing on my past attitude. I did not always believe that I would succeed, and thus far, I do not have a lot to show. Now I believe that I can, and now I am going too. I am going to credit my success to the Law of Attraction. Everything that I want will come to me if I think about it. I want 10 houses and a car dealership. And here is my plan to attain it. More on what made me want to start my own business in chapter 8.

Every day from now on, I am going to go at life with a different attitude. Every day from now on, I am going to think about buying and fixing up 10 houses. And slowly, step by step, it will start to happen. I now believe in the power of thought, and that by thinking about what I want, I can achieve anything. This is going to be evident in my attitude.

People can tell a lot about a person from their attitude. Investors will see my attitude is that I am going to succeed, and they will be more likely to invest in my company. My attitude is what sets me apart from most people, I am going to get what I want, and that is the way it is going to be. A positive attitude will get me much farther then most people think I can go.

I went am actively pursuing my goals. The first house that I looked at, and I did not have any past experience doing it. Nevertheless, I showed up and gave the impression that I knew what I was talking about (I have done a lot of research on this). I talked as if I knew what I wanted, I was confident and I believed in myself. Joann, my agent was very impressed with what I had to say and she is very interested in helping find the kinds of houses that I am looking for. All because of my attitude. And from now on, I am going to have this attitude that I am going to be successful. I have found the house that I am looking for.
